    ► Rate of buildings air flow: used to gauge Air Transported Heat Loss
    ► Measure indoor air quality & Minimum Ventilation Guidelines (MVG)
 
Energy Audit Report Includes: cost, savings & payback analysis per recommended solution(s) - visible light & thermal photos with descriptions - easily understood recommendations for both the client & potential weatherization technician.

ENERGY ASSESSMENT no REPORT: Starting at $200  
The same site assessment will be conducted as listed above. Instead of delivering an Audit Report recommendations will be given to home owners via a summary email. Based on the findings during the Assessment, we can also provide estimates for whatever workscopes are requested by the client. 
 
Without the accompanying Audit Report data, your Rook Energy Solutions Professional will explain potential solutions, materials, and procedures addressing the areas with the greatest issues/concerns within the structure.
 
* If the client selects another company for weatherization solutions we will provide the customer with all their pertinent audit information. 

SITE VISIT - CONSULT: $100/hr
We offer energy consulting services to home owners, building contractors, carpenters, DIYer's and pretty much anyone in between.  
    ► Looking for some ideas on how to better insulate a forthcoming rennovation
    ► Would like some help getting started or some guidance before a DIY Insulation/Air Sealing project begins
