PACKAGES: PLATINUM & GOLD ENERGY AUDITS

Pricing for each Energy Audit Package is based on the Square Footage of each structure. Rook Energy Solutions proudly offers Energy Audits starting at $250 for properties up to 1500 ft2. For more information on Energy Audit Pricing Packages, please contact a Rook Energy Solutions professional.

PLATINUM PACKAGE - Full Energy Audit with Report: (starting at $350)

• Full structure inspection
  • Health Issues: moisture/mold, asbestos, ambient CO levels
  • Insulation used & thermal effectiveness of insulation
• Heating Appliance Inspection:
  • Boiler/Furnace & Hot Water Heater Inspection
  • Measure chimney draft, spillage, CO levels
• Thermal Camera Inspecton of interior- Infrared Photos of air flow and energy inefficiencies found with accompanying descriptions
• Blower Door Measurements
  • Measures rate of air flow through structure: used to guage Air Transported Heat Loss
  • Measure indoor air quality & Minimum Ventilation Guidelines = Health & Safety of occupants

The Energy Audit Report includes any & all pertinent information found during the energy audit. This information is provided in easily understood language to the property owner and for the use of the contracted weatherization professional. Our reports also provide detailed solution sets matched to the client's weatherization budget (air sealing & insulation).

GOLD PACKAGE - Full Energy Audit with NO Report: (starting at $250)

• Full structure inspection with home/business owner
  • Health Issues: moisture/mold - asbestos
  • Insulation used & thermal effectiveness of insulation
• Theramal Camera Inspection of home or business interior with owner
  • Blower Door Unit will be running during Infrared Camera inspection
• During the Energy Audit any issues of concern will be shown to owner

Without the accompanying Audit Report data your Rook Energy Solutions Professional will list potential solutions, materials, and procedures addressing the areas with the greatest issues/concerns within the structure.

* If property owner wants copies of the infrared photos taken during audit additional costs will be applied - this level of energy audit does not suffice for state rebate, loan, or grant programs...a platinum energy audit will need to be done completed *

** Rook Energy Solutions, LLC normally does not add onto Energy Audit costs for travel to & from a client, but we reserve the right to adjust the cost of all Energy Audit packages due to extreme or unscheduled travel (i.e. emergencies, last minute appointments, etc)
